    OK, UPDATE TIME !!!!!!

OK.. I flushed everything... NOW - question is - where to install the fillport - I think it should be between radiator and pump right? where cool water is coming back to the pump.
Does it matter which hose I'm gonna install in lower radiator hole? It will sit on its side, so I wanted to put out going hose on the bottom hole and then put Tline there for fillport, where from water will go to the pump/cpu-block. Then it will go to GPU and go back to radiator, upper hole.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS???

blue hose - cooled water coming out from rad to cpu block/pump, green one is for fillport, red one coming out from cpu to gpu and back to rad...

NOW - I'm running this loop and noticed that pump is really hot. Not even attached to cpu! Should it be hot running on full speed?
Top of the pump is sooo HOT that I cannot touch it !!!!!
It sounds like water in pump is boiling...:(
Radiator is getting warmer too... and I'm not even cooling anything right now!! What is going on? is it pump broken?

Wouldn't it be better to attach the fillport hose to the hose that is placed the highest? So that the bubbles that go up, will end up in the fillport hose?

It sounds like you still have a lot of air in the line. I went back through your log and never found a pic of you pump, so I have no clue what kind you have. It seems odd that they would get THAT hot though, even when straining from foamy coolant.

Probably you are right - air is the problem I started to shake a little the whole loop, move around the pump to take away the air from it - noticed that all air which was getting out of the rad went and stoppped in the pump.
Pump is Swiftech Drive 350 - pump/cpu block.

Which clamp should I use for my pump? the left one is what I bought before, right smaller one is original from the package.. I think I'll with bigger, stronger one...

After a while I managed to put all things together..

Here're some close-ups of all fittings... clamps not fitted yet...

SO now it is silent, but still HOT.. hard to explain how hot it is.. well... the main plastic logo on the pump is coming off, cause the glue under it is melting...:( THAT hot...

It won't hurt the delrin casing to get that hot, but who knows what it will do to the electrical bits.
I'm at a loss on the pump, so I'll answer the easier questions.:D
-The hose clamps supplied with Swiftec gear fits normal vinyl tubing and are too small for tygon.
-I would put a clamp on the fillport too. A closed loop can produce some serious pressure when it heats up.
