Very nice! Perhaps add some white smoke to the black and vice versa.

Hmm... not sure on this one. I do prefer your other one (with the three colours) over this one tbh.

Personally, I would leave the text out all together and just have it as the title of the piece, if you still prefer the text, try anti-aliasing it as it seems to be over bearing and far too sharp that it detracts from the main picture.

adding the the copy makes it look like an advert for something, but without it it looks a little empty. Try a tighter crop. The message is clear without the text anyway, so don't worry about adding that. Just crop tighter on the ciggy.

I always like to colour cigarette smoke in my shots.. no idea why... just something I do :D

It wouldn't work for your shot, as obviously, the "thing" that's not black and white isn't in the shot... I'm assuming it's the damage caused by smoking, and all the baggage associated with it that's "not black and white".. but I do like these shots.. something very graphic and simple. Definitely crop tighter and remove the text, and make them more punchy, and I think you'll have it.

More visible smoke may work better too., although it's not really necessary in this case.
