kudos, it's hard to shoot a live show (even with a great camera) and not get mic-face in an otherwise great shot. not a photog myself, but i am from time-to-time the subject.

This is brilliant. There's something about LA that is just so cool, I think it's the whole Raymond Chandler/Big Lebowski type thing. :D

Here are some shots from central Texas, just north of The Hill Country. These were taken in Colorado Bend State Park, and show the dramatic difference water can make...

Here's some representative flora a hundred meters back from the river:

and here's some flora along the river, at the foot of spring-fed falls:

And here are a couple of closer-ups of the flowers on the prickly pear cactus:

We are still in drought conditions in much of Texas, but hope to be coming out just about any time now. El Nino, La Nina, etc.

Yeah, that's great. Would have been nicer with a little more movement, but still pretty good.

Love those shots Peter, but the second one looks a little bit overexposed.

That looks remarkably familiar. Newquay Harbour maybe? That area?

It's the end of Smeatons Pier in St.Ives. Spring tide that day and we were able to walk along Porthminster beach into town.
