Stayed away from this for a while as I figured I would just get torn apart, but have a rather angry sky from a couple days ago:

That's a great shot Pook but 1024px wide with a link to the omgwtf-resolution would have been nice.

Was on the beach and thought I'd give one of these a go, rather fun. 11 shots, handheld. It hasn't all matched up nicely though, I left it on AF due to not thinking. Definitely gonna take the tripod next time. Can anyone tell me how to put the original resolution on flickr?

    That's pretty good :thumb:

IIRC, you need a Flickr Pro account to upload full-res shots. Well worth it if you use Flickr as a sort of 'online backup' for your jpegs.

Checked the metadata :) Although that didn't tell me what shoes I was wearing unfortunately :)

NiHiLiST, those two are really cool photos. Love the backlighting on the sheep :D

    Oh Bituser,
    I really like this one:

What I mean, is that if you're gonna upload a photo just to show what big watermark you have, don't bother.
Better yet! Don't upload it to the internet! This way no one is gonna Steal it and use it as their background picture without paying you royalties. We don't want that do we

Since it appears you are just going to be a jerk about it I have removed my images. I'm not aware that watermarking was ever made illegal. It is my right to be able to protect my digital media by watermarking it and if you don't agree with that then fine. Lovely to see you know how to use Photoshop. Well done.

    Have a nice day,

    Bituser

Very difficult to any really good angles on a lot of the displays due to so many people, barriers, other displays in close proximity, large amount of movement as display vehicles came to & thro etc. Still, had loads of fun snapping pics with my trusty FZ-28, just a shame I got a bit sunburnt on my face ( didn't feel that hot as there was a strong breeze at the time ). :D

    Rest is in Here

Well done peeps, another person pissed off by complaints about watermarks. Just let people put them on, and stop bitching about them. It's really insulting saying they're not needed.

I like this. Especially how the negative space darkens moving away from the figure.
