Heh, yeah, i didn't notice the locked wheel instantly, but once I did my eye was instantly drawn to it every time I looked at the photo. Strange. Also, is it just me, or does it look like the driver is missing from that car?

These are probably almost definitely the last ones I'll post from my boarding holiday.

I think the driver is sitting far enough to the back that his head is obscured by the B-pillar.

That waterfall looks excellent. I need to find a decent one somewhere as I'm dying to get a shot like that, :D

Here's one from last weekend - Easter at my parents' house. Looking back on it now I think it may be just a touch dark, and I really wish I hadn't cut off her elbow!

You could crop in to make the elbow thing a little less noticeable, and can you not fix the darkness issue with a little bit of photoshop/lightroom work?

Going through what seems to be an endless "to sort" folder at the moment

Just alter the exposure until you're happy with it, any editing software should be fine.

Indeed; that's my fault for not being entirely clear. When I originally processed the image, I felt fine with the exposure. However a week later, with fresh eyes and under different monitor and lighting conditions, I think it may be a tad dark (although, it could equally be due to the different monitor and lighting conditions). I may re-process the image in Photoshop and compare the second run with the first run to see if I come up with a drastically different result.

The elbow still irks me. As a photographer/artist I should know better!

Diptych = 2 views of same subject in 1 pic.
