The second of the monarch butterflies hatched. I managed to get a couple of pictures before the wings finished drying off and if flew away to become some lucky bird's dinner. Monarch by supermonkee, on Flickr After I was done taking the pictures, my 4-year-old daughter grabbed my camera and became a tiny paparazzo. I like it because I think it makes me look mysterious, and I think she has a future in photography. Mysterious Me by supermonkee, on Flickr
The black and white shot of me? Yeah, it's been overly processed to enhance the feel of a sneaky mysterious photo. It was mostly just for fun since my daughter took the picture.

Live shows are awesome to shoot Here's one of mine from a while back. SVD XII by zhisheng_chow, on Flickr
reshoot of an old shot from ages ago but with slightly better lighting this time Smoke in glass second try 1 by whisperwolf, on Flickr Smoke in glass second try 2 by whisperwolf, on Flickr
If you follow the Flickr link it states the glass was glued to a base inverted and incense stick placed in a bottle
incense sticks, the photos are upside down the smoke originally goes up into the glass which is glued to a base and turned upside down for the shot.
Here are a few shots i took in Leeds i have been meaning to put on for a while. Any critique would be gratefully received as i have never really photographed any architecture before. Thanks. I'm no expert, but with the first photo I'd suggest cropping in a little on the right hand side to take the blue signs (and the blue and pink sign below) out of the shot as they are a little distracting. Secondly I'd also be tempted to clone out the blue and pink logo on the window, as again, it's a little bright and takes the attention from the architecture. The second shot I'd crop a little on the left to centralize the building. I'd also crop the bottom a little as the plain stonework there doesn't really add much.
@Material, those are some lovely wedding shots! @Dog Knees, really nice details. Like the treatment on both. Especially like the Bee @GregTheRotter, the second one I like as a photographs. @Measter, quite few of the bird shots are lovely. Really like the Orange chested one. @Eddie Dane, nice one... but in your Flickr you have SOME AMAZING SHOTS of the stage & lights from far & above. Those just blew my mind! @whisperwolf the red smoke on the white background looks brilliant. Was just going through tones of never opened photos.
