and what's your usual process on editing your car pics, cos its fantastic on the 1st and 3rd ones especially.
Thanks guys! I have a 10-22mm Lens, however for the Audi TT I was using my friends 8-15/4. I can't afford that one The 1st and 3rd were shot on my Rebel Xti (400D) so the ISO noise is so bad that I had to shoot way underexposed. All I do is just bump the exposure back up. Then Lighten up the shadows, increase clarity and few other settings. The 3rd one I shot at 30sec exposure and just lit it up with LED light. I have the Lightroom settings in the before after photos below: Okay so one tip I can give, is that there were many people walking around with flashes taking pics at night. If you drag your shutter, throw away a flash you can get a lot of natural light, and get all the saturated colors from longer exposure. Most of the time flash makes it look boring. Also GET CLOSE! There are way more photos from this event here: http://goo.gl/3BgLd
Very neat stuff Nimajus. Here's mine. Lots more as it gets edited/upped. Swedish Steel by angad84, on Flickr Next Generation by angad84, on Flickr Rotate by angad84, on Flickr Reheat by angad84, on Flickr JAS 39B Gripen by angad84, on Flickr
Here is one I have been holding on to for a while now, only just got around to editing it. Stormfront at Sunset by JasonBottin, on Flickr The lower half of the picture may look dark on some monitors, I may have to tweak it again slightly to get it just right, consider it a work in progress. Let me know what you think
Gorgeous. Love the way the texture of that grasses echos that of the clouds. With regards to lightening the lower half, I'm not sure if you'd lose some of the effect the picture currently has by doing it.
Thank you all, I will leave it as is then. Iam working on a landscape version of the same picture. I will upload it when I am finished.

Still pretty new at the photography thing, and don't get much chance to practice so all advice is welcomed - on these and the rest of the photostream.

I reckon this could use some work in post to make it pop a bit more. Contrast, vibrance, etc. I'm low on juice at the moment, I can give it a go tomorrow. Very nice!
