I did look at tilt-shift lenses a while ago. There are a few third party lens manufacturers who make them in K mount, but the prices were a bit high. This one was done with my new toy, a Sigma 10-20mm, which is actually a sweet little lens. :D

Been a few places with my 600d now, so thought I'd play along with you guys. :D
All photos are unprocessed. Air show pics taken from the ground with a Sigma 50-500 f4/6.3.

Those Breitling Wingwalkers are wicked. They're gorgeous girls, the team stayed at our hotel when I was in Sweden for AFS2012. Very personable, and god DAMN can they drink!

    Great shots :thumb:

Nope.... Many of the photos I post here are actually shot with a rebel xti Canon 400D

Just go into Menu - second or third tab. Look for EXPOSURE COMP/AEB
Then roll the wheel to set the F stop difference between the three shots.

Then just set the camera to shoot in a burst mode. And it will automatically take three photos in three different exposures.

    Best of luck!

Oh flying over your beautiful islands. One day I hope to make a stop and hear some proper English language. For now I shall just proceed over the pond :D

So, I got the film from my Praktica IV B developed, out of the 16 there's one decent one and one I'd like your opinions on.

And the one I'm not sure on:

What happened here was I went to wind the film back and forgot to unlink the roller thing, so the film became detached from the roll case, had to open up the camera to get it back in..

Red Arrows did a fly by of Edinburgh today, managed to get them coming over the castle and at just that time a nice big cloud came over to ruin my shot!

The only thing I'd do is crop out the little bit of plinth at the bottom of the pedestal, otherwise, I like it. :thumb:

I just got my "Nifty Fifty" today - for now, it's the only lens I own. LOVE IT. :D

Finally o the Lightroom 4 wagon. Went over some older shots to see if the new techno-wizardry could help out the odd shot that hadn't made the cut. Turns out it could!

So the last one has a bit of a story attached. A friend of mine had just bought himself a new Nikon, so I suggested taking a few shots from the rocks near the lighthouse. It's about an hour's walk around the bay from my place and we both took tripods and extra stuff in Lowepro Fastpacks.

After arriving, scouting the area and setting up tripods, we both went freehand (it's just easier to move about the rocks that way.) I guess it should be noted at this point that I always wear my pack.

We were waiting for some bigger swell to hit the rocks because splashes make good photos. This one hit, I took a few shots before realizing that the swell was bigger than anticipated and that it was time to run. Turned to cheese it and nearly tripped over my friend's Fastpack, laying on the rocks.

They're waterproof don't you know. I managed to pull it out of the water, save it from being washed away. The straps and back padding were soaked, fortunately the inside with his spare camera and lenses were fine.
