Very nice, especially this weekend - yesterday was a scorcher up here.

We used to have Harriers, now we have F-35B's which are totally... something, something, bleh. Why replace a good thing?

Lovely scenery with the moo-cows, and nice planes too. I remember seeing a Harrier doing it's thing in an air show when I was about 4 or 5. In those days it used to hover very low not too far in front of the crowds and perform a "bow". Little-ol-me wasn't impressed at all with the din. :waah: :D

Anyway, here's a couple from this afternoon. It was a beautiful day, a real scorcher, so I popped in to see a newish surfing place up the road (I must say it looks really impressive) and stopped in nearby Conwy on the way back.

I only took half a dozen shots all day, but who says you can't shoot sports with a compact? (Well, sorta anyway.) :)

In Flickr you can click the share icon (the swoopy arrow that points right) on the image. And select BBCode, and copy and paste that here.

Edit: Hmm for some reason the code tags aren't escaping bbcode.

Some nice shots in this page! Warren the Snowdon pools and Llandudno are great in particular of yours.

Yadda those 2 of the FS are nice, looks like there were a few folks waiting!

Had a trip up to the Scottish Highlands for a bit of a driving holiday last month, some absolutely gorgeous scenery up there! (Although I went for the roads, heaven!)

Stayed in Applecross and had a rather spectacular sunset:

And there was a bit of a wildfire near Durness in the heat, which gave a rather spectacular haze.

Took a photo of a roll of Ilford FP4 for my 52 project. I processed it somewhat ironically using a Nik B&W film preset.
