Figured this one wouldn't benefit from a resize, so rotated 0.5º (level horizon) and cropped.

Very nice, I like it. Being critical though, I think the tree trunks to the left are a little overpowering, they draw your eye straight to them, whereas the leaves on the rest are quite delicate.

How about some Cold War era rusty bits ?

Perhaps you have to be a fan of decaying architecture and engineering to appreciate that, but I like them. It was the blue of the sky I really like, contrasted to the rust.

TY NiHiLiST. I think there's just too much foliage in general. Next time there's a decent sunset I'm going to try again. I'll be sure to incorporate your feedback when I do. :thumb:

How did you do that? It almost looks backlit. Stunning!

hey guys. looks like iv missed alot while iv been away. Lots of great shots.

anyway it looks like i wont be contributing much in the near future. My flickr Pro account expires in a week or so and i cant pay to renew it.

Its been alot of fun, and ill be poking in to see what you all are up to, but i wont be able to contribute.

    Keep shooting

    Why would that change anything?

Delete the images you don't need and replace them with the current ones you want to display. A non pro account is fine, there isn't a need for flickr to host every image you take.

    Just say'n

agreed too, I use the flickr standard account.

Just use smaller file sizes, and be selective over your photos. I find it encourages quality over quantity.

Keep the quantity on your own machine/laptop/HDD and the quality ones on flickr/web portfolio.

Might not work for everyone, but I find its great. ;)
