'Tis Easter, and the azaleas have been exploding during the past week. Just in time for some photos of one of my favorite - and one of the most frustrating - subjects: The weather was poor this morning, but as the afternoon drew on the skies cleared up enough to allow some wonderful semi-diffuse lighting to peek through.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of the totally plastic look photo but yes. Certainly the blemish on the right hand side could be removed. And I wouldn't go as far to say a first attempt. I've been shooting for about 4 years now. A shot from a walk about with a friend today
Wow! That first one has stunning texture and colors! Well done! @Vers Good to see you posting bird shots again
Here comes a real troll of a post, hopefully you can take it with a pinch of salt. Some day, I hope we don't have to listen to the 'oh it was shot with the 35 EL. Oh GTFO, it's a 35 1.4. It's not like anyone gives a crap whether it was taken with a lens that has a red ring around it. Saying Canon 35 1.4 should suffice. End of rant.
