Photo bucket worked fine until about six months ago when my phone flat out refused to do anything on it due to virus threats.

As for now, all previous links are broken and as if anyone is going to pay that ludicrous sum to host a few forum pics.

I give photo bucket about 3 months before they implode, what are they thinking.

Christ on a bike, yeah thank god for ad blockers.
Still not bothered to sort mine to be honest, its great looking things up now on forums with those beg boxes Mr Meltdown mentioned with the very occasional person that's dug deep and forked out.

Thing that makes me sad is there are tons and tons of super useful threads / guides on the net now rendered completely useless.

on a car forum I use here in Oz, the mods have setup a hosting space for members to upload their photobucket folders and they are running a a batch script or something in the background that will match the file PB file name with the image and re assign it. ( or something to that effect ) This will fix all the members journals etc that are broken hopefully and retain all the images on site.

OOH. I wonder if Bit can do something like that now. It would save me from re-linking 3600 pictures.

Just deleted my photobucket account, :D.

My first picture was a scan shopping basket for a build using an A8N-SLI and a 939 Athlon 3200 coming to a total of £580, :D

I'll switch to my Flickr account now.

I've now registered for a Flickr account. Looks pretty slick to be honest :)

Thanks to the great Yahoo balls up I can't access Flickr.

I have a Flickr account, which means I have a Yahoo account, if you have a BT account Yahoo accounts automatically redirect to BTYahoo should you try to log in to any Yahoo owned service, BTYahoo as no connectivity with Flickr.

To prevent this re-direct I have to log into Flickr, which means logging into my Yahoo account, which automatically redirects to BTYahoo, which has no connectivity with Flickr. I would close the BT account, but there is literally no other option for phone and interwebz out here in the Yorkshire Dales. Apparently this has been going on since 2013, I think I might go and give money to Imageshack just for the sake of telling Yahoo to piss off.
