[PHOTOS/PHOTOSHOP] Playing with selective colour

    Just messing around with the selective colour tool in photoshop to make these OLD pics seem more attractive. They're not brilliant by any means, iv'e only really started to fully explore it. Any tips/tutorials ae more than welcome =)

    For some weird reason I really like #4, the differentiation between dark and light is great.

    For particularly strong colour cast removal, adjust selective colour on a specific channel rather than adjust all channels. Colour channels are selectable from the top of the Selective COlour dialog box. This has two advantages:

    1. Better cast removal

    2. less impact on other colours and hues within your image.


    It's a powerful tool, and one I rely on a great deal to reove "redness" from the faces of older people.

    Yeah that's my favourite as well, it works pretty well.
