    must have took somewhere between 4 - 8 hours i think..
    done totally from scratch... used a pic of some clouds i took to help with the nebula, and a whole bunch when making the planets...

    whoops, did the url tag back to front ^_^

    I'm impressed, especially since it was created entirely from scratch. I like your choice of colors. The dark purple hues make me think of something mysterious lurking out beyond the cloud.

    not that much thought went into the choice of colours to be honest., wanted to use a calm shade, and blue is totally overdone as far as space scenes go.

    That's very impressive!

    I agree with supermonkey, the slightly overdone purple does work well.
