    has anyone done this mod here
    pika shoes
    i know they did it on techtv but i was wondering if anybody here did it. i bought an ionizer pet brush for 10$ US at ratshack and took the pcb out. soon i will make them and next time someone messes w/ me there in for the shock of their lives hehehe. when i make em i'll post it and the results

    no once you turn it off and then shocksomebody all the charge will be gone until you generate more yourself.

    Every time I statically zap something it always hurts like hell. May be an idea to hold on to something metallic like a nail or screw or something. Then you wouldn't get zapped at all, you'd only be a conductor.

    Now where do I get an ion generator from?

    *EDIT* Found one locally :D

    does this not also hurt the person doing the zapping ? that would sort of defeat the point in it, imo! :S

    Well its not gonna hurt too bad i shouldn't think since you should be shocking them with an insensitive part of your hand or whatever to a sensitive part of them.....
