Aye, I dont want to actually work as a chef, just have all the knowledge and skills for it - for personal use. I could not work in a real restaurant, I dont like touching a lot of food and such that others will eat (I dont mind doing it with family and friends of course). It does take a special breed agreed, I am not that breed however! I figure you eat your whole life, why not become good at it?
