Hi guys, so my pc's about 3 years old now, and it's struggling a lot especially since I've put Win7 on it. I'm trying to go for as cheap as possible (budget around £300-£400). I've replaced my gfx card a few months back and I plan to keep my sound card (both in my sig), so it'll just be the mobo/cpu/ram that'll be changed. I'm currently at Uni and the only intensive game I'll play on the pc will probably be Supreme Commander. I'll be using this to watch films and learn Java programming (yay! ¬_¬) mainly but again I'll enjoy a game of Supreme Commander quite often. What do you guys think of: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition MSI GF615M-P33 GeForce 6150SE Crucial 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz I won't be overclocking this at all. What heatsink do you guys recommend? Opinions? Thanks everyone

I threw this together on scan cpu-AMD Phenom II X6 1055T (has six cores and is 2.8ghz) mobo-Asus M4A88TD-M EVO/USB3 (has sata 6 and usb 3.0) memory- 4GB (2x2GB) Hynix DDR3 the total is 344.00 Its future proof and will kick some ass
is there much difference if I change the memory to this ram? I never really understood timings etc of memory so that's probably my weakest point. If the ram I linked to is a good replacement, I can get all 3 parts from ebuyer for a lot less than scan (i don't have free delivery). Cheers again people
