http://www.amazing1.com/ or do like linear and wait till they run one cheap...i remeber when plasma globes cost $200...know there like $10...
Woolworths, really, I wil have to have a look, what department cpemma??? another thing, is does the sphere have to be glass for it to work, I was just wondering if you could buy a weriod shaped plakis ball and but the plasma system into it???
If you've got a UHT invertor, (CCFL aren't usually high enough) you can make one with a clear light bulb. The more volts, the bigger the bulb you can use. EPE mag has a project in this month. Goto WHS & browse. Woolies had their own brand in at Xmas, but 3 other shops in Doncaster have various sizes under £20 so Birmingham must have a few.
with a light bulb, really, how is that done, any links. The reason I ask about the shape is cause I want it at the front of my case and I want to put a Temp display to the center of the outside, so i would of had a plastic sphere made with a flat to mount ther temp display on
