    Not sure if this is the right forum, but anyway,

    Does any one have any links to some sites that sell CHEAP small plasma balls???

    Woolworths, really, I wil have to have a look, what department cpemma???

    another thing, is does the sphere have to be glass for it to work, I was just wondering if you could buy a weriod shaped plakis ball and but the plasma system into it???

    If you've got a UHT invertor, (CCFL aren't usually high enough) you can make one with a clear light bulb. The more volts, the bigger the bulb you can use.

    EPE mag has a project in this month. Goto WHS & browse.

    Woolies had their own brand in at Xmas, but 3 other shops in Doncaster have various sizes under £20 so Birmingham must have a few. :D

    with a light bulb, really, how is that done, any links.

    The reason I ask about the shape is cause I want it at the front of my case and I want to put a Temp display to the center of the outside, so i would of had a plastic sphere made with a flat to mount ther temp display on
