I just (almost) finished Super Metroid on the SNES and it's just as awesome as it has ever been. Brilliant game that is one of my favorites of all time :thumb:.

Now I'm working on Majora's Mask.... yikes

Currently about two thirds of the way through Jedi Outcast again - man the light sabre duels in this game are fantastic. I spend a lot of time franticly stabbing the keys at random and just occasionally I can put together some cracking moves and just mow down the stormtroopers and imperial officers with barely any health or energy loss. I got past my first battle with a pair of dark troopers (they're the ones with light sabre resistant armour) last night and did so quite well even if I do say so myself. Of course it also can go very wrong and I get killed with the first swipe from some orange reborn (they're supposed to be the weakest) or make an @£$€ of a series of jumps and fall off one of the many, many long drops in this game. I still hate those damn snipers with the disruptor rifles.

I've reinstalled Jedi Knight & Mysteries of the Sith again as well, it looks a bit ugly so I tweaked all of the video settings up as high as they would go and I seem to have made a hash of it. I'll have to go back and reset them all and try each one until I get the best results, I know it won't look great but I just want to play it again, even if its just for the level where your trying to escape from the ship thats tumbling down the cliff face and the floor, walls and ceiling are constantly swapping places.

I was sick of a lot of my old games not working on my current PC so I'm building a retro Win 98 system. It almost works I just can't get audio to work yet. I think i'm going to need an OS between 98 and XP for the drivers to work or an older sound card. When its fixed though I'll be playing games like Thief 2, Sudden Strike, Nightlong, Battle Zone, Warlords 3 and Settlers 3.

Settlers 3 works fine for me on 7 (with a bit of tweaking).

Currently replaying Super mario world which i've nearly completed (as in unlocked all the levels, not just the main ones)

Also playing through the Ninja Gaiden series, I vow to complete them someday!

Really ? I personally think it's too easy... but that might be because I have finished it several times already :)
