    1) fps are all over the place from 30 to 120,
    -cpu 100% load,
-Gpu only ever 100% once in a while, and temps are 84*c max
    2) stuttering (lag frame?) every 5 secs. And this is what I want to fix. 95% unplayable because of this.

Specs in sig but playing at 2560x1600 with everything on low and max settings, dx11 and still having problems.

If you have any ideas on how to fix this I would love to know.

    Please and thank you

Your CPU being at 100% is causing all of your issues here. What is running in the background?

What is taking up the CPU resources? It can’t be BF1 utilizing 100%.

I thought the later BF games did scale very well with more cores? If you're running on low settings with a 390x, it makes sense that the CPU will start to bottleneck.

Crank up the settings and see what happens.

Or something is throttling - check your HSF mounting.

check resolution scaling you might be rendering it quite a bit higher than your resolution
