I've been looking around in Lethbridge for some plexiglass, but I can't seem to find any:sigh: I don't mind making a road trip to Calgary or ordering from anywhere in the US or Canada (or even europe, if it must come to that). If anyone who can help could give me a phone number or an addy (real or virtual) for a reliable vendor I would be very grateful.

You can go to www.google.com and search for acrylic, you will find loads of venders that you can order from online. Here we can get acrylic at most of our hardware or home improvement stores. You can also check with door companies as they make storm doors and windows out of plexi and acrylic.
    Hope this helps

Most large home-improvement places sell it. I know Home Depot has locations in Canada, and that's where I get mine from (Home Depot, not Canada :D )

try usplastics.com or tapplastics.com, I think both of them ship to Canada.

i wouldn't order online unless you have to
i was faced with the same problem as you a few days ago, so i searched online and i found some plastic suppliers in my city
i just checked usplastic.com and it seems like the price i got was around the same as their price (i converted to CND of course)

just search online for some suppliers in your city and then lead those suppliers with others using your phone book's web site (i used superpages.ca for Vancouver, don't know about you)
anyways, then just phone all of them and to get an estimate of the best price and selection
i just got back from the supplier with a piece of clear 4ft by 4ft and a blue 2 ft by 2ft
    and also some IPS #4

also, i found home depot overly expensive ($77 CND for a piece of 2ft by 4ft)
