That would say you're in a strop. :p

128k seems reasonable enough, it's not like that's the speed when you're within the limits of the service.

    airchie,

Thanks. I've taken a look at your account and reckon we can accommodate your requirements ;)

    I'll drop you a PM.

I was in a strop then, I'm not now. :D
Probably due to the personalised service Bob is giving me atm...

But, as I said, I can accept 128k speeds (or even a total block) on P2P and usenet etc when I breach monthly limits.
But doing the same to email and HTTP, even outwith peak times, seems ridiculous tbh.
    I just can't accept it.

I wish I knew why my monthly usage stats haven't been reset yet.
I still can't do anything worthwhile with my internet connection.
Can't even download this windows update that's been released... :(

Only been 16 hours and counting since I posted my ticket...

I must admit, after Bob replied in here I started to think Plusnet weren't so bad and I was jumping the gun, but I'm starting to think my initial response was right... :(

I'll take a look now airchie.

Edit: You're not due to be billed until later this month so your usage won't be reset until then. It was last reset in the third week of October when you changed account type. Usually though, it's reset on your billing date.

    Thanks Bob,

I think I've been caught out by the change in 'peak time' hours.
I have left downloads going up til 4pm and hence used my allowance. :(

I have replied to the response in the ticket now. :)

Don't think so. Why, does he share my namesake?

Looks like somebody beat me to it. The ticket's now back with you and I've replied to the PM you sent me.
