ok really odd problem, never had anything like this before so hope someone can help.

im totally new to windows 7, so, sorry in advance if this is a daft one.

my mouse pointer (and the hour glass and everything else it changes into) is HUGE on my left (main) screen but normal on my right.

everything else seems normal, although i have only noticed this since i used VLC, which seems to be crashing alot

my OS is Win 7 Ultimate 64bit

i have dual monitors both at 1680 x 1050, have already double checked that.

    any help greatly apreciated.

Does anything else change size when moved over to the other screen? Like icons and such?

Could it be that WoW is messing about with the resolution on the screen?
When you alt-tab out of WoW, does the problem persist?
What about when you exit WoW?

alt tab out of wow, it stays the same, have just exited wow and now have a giant pointer on both screens.

dont see how WOW would be messing with the screen res as i am running in wondowed mode

ok, have been having a google round,

windows 7 and the HD 5770 are aparently at odds with each other. their driver is what is causeing this.

does anyone have a win7 with 5770 that is working just so i can rule this out?
