Handling is not about figures...This is not the place for this kind of discussion so we'll leave it for elsewhere.

A friend took his dads 69 Firebird and put a built Pontiac 455ci SD motor in it ... 3 two barrel carbs (6 Pack )
WHOO HOOO! ... you know that $20. bill on the dash trick ? Well , that thing pulled so hard you couldn't reach the dash to get that $20 ... in 4th gear ! ... at 90mph ! Had so much torque , you could use 4th gear from 20mph to 120mph ... what a nice rumble it had , man do I miss that car :waah:

Mmmm... 6-packs... No one really does that any more because of the price of gas. Too bad too, talk about torque!

I even like Formulas. :D I tend to side with the 1970 1/2 - 81 cars, but, was a big fan of Knight Rider so 1982,83 black T-tops bring back memories. The late 80s Formula was a nice ride too. Obviously the LT1 & LS1 cars are very fast. :thumb:

But when I want to save gas, there's only one car I turn to. So should you. :naughty:

    Economy pony

    1974 Mustang II Mach I 2.8 V6. Sweet little car! :D

Yes, the Buick GN 3.8 turbo was a very fast V6 car, even by today's standards.
