I would say 9 or 10 years old. Do you not think he would have watched that back with his dad and not see the funny side... "Dad, please don't put that on the internet, I think its calous and inconsiderate to my feelings" Errr...I know kids these days are not like that.... Yes, I appreciate its not in very good taste. But is it any different to watching a small kid get knocked over by a large dog in you've been framed?
More like 7 or 8. In any case I think it's a crappy trick to play on a kid. If a child is knocked over by a dog at least it's an accident and not a deliberate attempt to scare the bejesus out of him. And just because a young child doesn't know fancy words like "callous" and "inconsiderate" yet, doesn't mean he cannot feel hurt and humiliated. He just doesn't have the language to express how he feels. Which was my argument: you and I can retaliate physically or verbally. He can't.
Don't trust your parents because they'll scare the crap out of you for a joke and then encourage others to laugh at you... <A88>
They showed this clip on an episode of "The Soup" on E! on friday. They truncated it, but it was hilarious. "What do you do if your kid plays way too many computer/nintendo games?"
