Windows Pop to Exchange 2003 Question

I have being using smartpop2exchange trial to pick up my pop3 emails off my isp and forward them to my exchange server this has being working great except the trial has now run out. It seems to still be working but i cannot change any of the options.

basically i dont want to pay the money to buy the licence so i am looking for a free alternative. i have found one called efs but it doesn't run as a service which is annoyying.

has anyone else got any other solutions or ideas that they have used in the past?

I used to have a free bit of software that did the job - just cant remember the name of it.
