Windows pop up

    has any one elss had this popup. Happens completely at random.

    I have tried
    Ad-aware,
    Spybot
    and clearing the cache.

    ZoneAlarm dose not pick it up.

    go to services in administrative tools and turn off messenger service
    its not msn messenger

    I used to have that problem like crazy, but not anymore. Either it was my windows updates or my norton's firewall, I don't know. Make sure your windows is updated through that automatic update thingy, in case that have one of those security patches for it.
