Thank you all guys. I am very pleased that you like it :)

    Continuing yesterday's work.

    I've finished veneer.

I cut out the element that will be positioned between the CD, and cover of the bay.

I decided to complete the brass with a veneer.

Finally, I've cut the mounting trays. (They are not yet glued, so come off a bit.)

This weekend I had a brief opportunity to personally touch the brain, so to speak :D and that thing looks damn impressive! Not only by sheer size (although it's seriously big), but also or maybe first of all by great craftsmanship. Keep up the good work man :D

    I've started assembly.

First I wanted to exchange the cooler with the block.

Due to the very unusual mounting holes in the motherboard I had to adjust block. A little welding and we have such a thing:)

Then I unfolded and mounted power supply.

Then I've started pump assembly. I decided convert it a bit and attach a steel extension arm to minimize vibration.

As you can see there isn't so much space in the middle. And that's not all I have to fit in that chamber:)

Do not ask me too, who made a block and a pump. I just had them in my garbage.

Here is the motherboard, and you can see CD basket.

I've made a cover of the next chamber.

I like it but I would put one more ball pin whatever brass thingie to the left of the first one on the CD tray portion to balance it out so you dont have one offset from the rest but maybe thats just my OCD kicking in lol.

    Overall looks great :)

Phenominally good build matey. It looks stunning. The dark waxed stain almost looks like an English leather saddle. It is beautiful. Fantastic woodworking skills, and the metalwork really sets it off. It belongs in a 500 year old tudor cottage in the Cotswolds.

    Really well done

Thanks :) Next time I will try even harder :)

    Close to the end.

    Next stages of installation.

    Motherboard along with drives enclosure.

    Radiator without the fan.

Practically all 220v electrics made. All relays plugged. Only fan is missing here.

And this is printed circuit board after painting. In the next design going I'm to perform in this way a large number of elements.

Today one more small update - fans installed.

    120 fans to both chambers.

And in the arm I've installed 80 fan. It needed just a little edit:) It will also cool the monitor.

be watchful of those coolermaster fan, I myself havent had to much positive experience with them and have had a good handful of failures from them. ~_~ Im surprised with the coloring of this build you didnt go with say Noctua fans.

It's hard to argue with this. I didn't use CoolerMaster products for a long time (I think last time I was using it with AMD K6). So it's time to check their quality.

    Today, particularly without pictures.

The project is completed. Update would be earlier but I had the flu. So I will give only a brief description of recent work.

    - Filling LC. Did not pass without problems. I had a leak from the reservoir. It appears that the acrylic adhesive after dry is fragile and probably something happend around the nest. Finally, I've flooded mounting points with resin.
    - The fans. I set it to 12V, but probably I will add controls. They are too loud, and the core temperature is 30 degrees.
    - All relays operate flawlessly. So LC system fires up with computer.
    - Sensitive element - plasma balls. Total lack of interference! My tests were correct. Once grounded, the entire load is collected. Neither the mesh nor the body is charged. Nor is there any emc waves next to the case.
    - LEDs on the monitor. Maybe that will require amendment. At this time, I used green and blue, but I shine too bright.

That's it. I will try as soon as possible to add a photo gallery.
