Graphics Possible SLI/Driver problems?

Anyone else getting this message in Nvidia control panel, using either 275.33 or 275.50 drivers. Earlier drivers, don't give me this message.
Checking System Information it tells me, 1 is at 16x speed and the other 2 are 8x speed, which is correct.

Yes that's normal with recent drivers and an SLI rig!

 

So its just a driver problem....
I haven't experienced any lost in performance from it.

 

I've avoided the latest drivers since they're supposed to be a bit crap! Still on 270.xx.
