In windows, you just get the coolbits registry file, install it, basicly editing your registry to add the needed values, and then you should just need a quick reboot, and the nvidia panel in your video card settings should have an overclock tab.

THe first one has be discused many times... :search:
I made the second one once.
I just jamed in wires into the holes on a 44 pin connector, hot-glued them to hold them in place.
Then bent them to fit the 40 pin connector, and finaly hot-glued it all together.
Worked fine for what I needed. (Was for a Car Mp3 player)

    There are three options:
-Use a LCD Controller, such as those located at www.earthLCD.com
-Hack into the VESA Feature connector, as in this thread:
    http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=51818
-Or buy a normal LCD, and rip it apart.
(A normal LCD has a VGA-to-LCD controller board inside)

Do you mean on a mhz to mhz basis or a model to model basis?

    For models:
    Duron ~ Celeron
    Athlon XP ~ Pentium 4B/C
    Athlon 64/FX ~ Pentium 4/C/EE/775
    Opteron ~ Xeon

On the Mhz range it can be greatly debated.
An Athlon64 at 2.2ghz can run many programs faster then a P4 at 3.2Ghz
It is harder to compare due to a difference in the way the CPUs work.

I used to have a game gear... I think it would be possible as they made a TV add-on for it.
It may be as simple as finding the input to the LCD.
