Does anyone here do this? I have 2 small items that I'd like powder coated or cerakoted (preferred) in Black, ideally Graphite Black. Failing that any recommendations for a company that does small jobs? The items are a 2 piece barrel mount for a quick detachable sling swivel for my air rifle, shown as the assembled semi-circular item in the image here

Excellent, thank you for that. I've raised a requirements form. I'll update you with the results. I suspect the cost may be disproportionate but I think it should be worth it for the end result and I want to get it right.
Any more suggestions. James replied asking if I was in the US and when I told him UK there was no more response. Probably too small a job. I've looked it up and for the finish I want buying an oven and sandblaster is a bit much. Edit: James has just replied and will be taking the job on
Any more recommendations. James doesn't seem bothered and hasn't got back to me since end of April. I get the feeling that even if they took the job they could well lose it.
In the past I've used a company called Hi-Spec Coatings for various spectacle frames and bicycle bits in Cerakote, including the specs I'm wearing now. https://www.hi-speccoatings.co.uk It's a couple of years since I last sent them anything but I've been happy with the service they provided.
