New PC was running fine for the first 2 days, but I was playing Mario Bros Wii, the screen went black and the card has been showing 'No signal' since.

Using the on-board graphics at the minute. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall drivers, but it says

Tried both the DVI ports and the HDMI port.

Try it in another pc if possible? And do you have another card to try in your pc to make sure the graphics slot isn't at fault?

I can't try it in another PC, and the only spare card I have is AGP.
I tried it in the second PCI-e port on the mobo and still nothing.

reset the bios.. usually a jumper on the board itself

run driver sweeper and reinstall, see if she gets detected.. sounds like something went wrong with the card but it doesn't hurt to see if the bios is corrupted.. some boards have issues

Rang ebuyer: "Sounds like a card problem, click the link in your email to arrange a courier. Turnaround 3-5 days, we aim for faster."

So far, pretty good customer service. Now, lets hope it was the card...

hmmm i have a powercolour 6970 from new, been running fine since last year, where as i had an xfx 5870 that had issues , but i do have other xfx cards and they're fine.

    Sometimes it happens.

Courier was due between 8am and 8pm. He arrived at 9:44, which was better for me.
He was in his late 50's: "Parcel for ebuyer..." *hands him parcel... "more crap to send to them."

Just arrived, I liked Ebuyers speed in getting the card from and to me. Not the biggest fan of how long the 'testing' took.
