I'm planning on creating a MAME-arcade cabinet. I'm going to use an old TNT2 M64 card that stuck in my older PC. Now the new motherboard I ordered has a sticker on the AGP-socket saying "Do not use 3.3v cards, it might cause permanent damage". I tried looking at the box, the manual and on the internet, but I can't find the voltage this very old card uses.

Anyone knows where I might find out what voltage this card uses?

It depens on what x the agp is. I can't remember off the top of my head, but i think agp 1x and 2x are 3.3v while agp 4x and 8x are 1.5v

Basicly it means you cant stick a old card in that board. wait for someone else to confim this before you blow somthing up. :)

Well the card supports 4x and 2x AGP, and the mobo supports 4x and 8x... :worried:
