I was wondering how much PC components are outside the UK as I'm going to Prague late Feburary. I was looking to get an X2 4400 in the new year and just wondering if its worth waiting.... and possibly picking up some other stuff. Anyone any experience of this?
Not sure if prague would be a whole lot cheaper, that if they sell them there. You may as well get an X2 4000 and overclock it, they are very good overclockers.
And £351 @ ebuyer. Ties in with a digicam the daughter was looking at in Prague a few weeks ago, rang me to see if the price was right. PC-World was a bit cheaper, Jessops more expensive. Buy here online.
Cheers for the info dude but as pointed out it looks like I can get it cheaper here in the UK! Oh well looks like I might at least get one sooner
Well, electronic is really overpriced here... Las time, I ordered my videocards straight from Gainward in Germany and it cost me about 85 GBP less, including shipment etc....
Because Prague is not in the EU, there may be import tax on top Cpemma, XtsiT is a whole £36 cheaper Although click on the ebuyer advert for some revenue...
Possibly, but when you're only paying 40-50p for a pint it's not too bad! In fact, I would happily pay 50p for a pint and pay a little over the odds for hardware - I'd def save more money as I drink far more than I buy
