My printer (Epson stylus DX3800 ) Isn't pulling in paper evenly. resulting in the printed item being off square :wallbash:
this is getting really annoying as i have to print off documents that go right up to the edge of the paper and bacuse fo this problem some of the document it cut off :(

Any Ideas as to what is causing this?

    thanx bai

my printer is doing something similar, i got to yank it out of the end of the printer too due to it getting stuck.
I got a fair guess at what my problem is thou, my 18 month old lad decided to attack it with a rather large and bulky battery charger so im pretty much guessing its physically damaged.

If i was you i would take it apart and have a poke about and make sure none of the paper feeding mechasims are bent or off

Have a good poke around inside it. Last time I had a similar problem, turned out to be a couple of small bits of ripped paper stuck in there.
