My printer (Epson stylus DX3800 ) Isn't pulling in paper evenly. resulting in the printed item being off square this is getting really annoying as i have to print off documents that go right up to the edge of the paper and bacuse fo this problem some of the document it cut off Any Ideas as to what is causing this? thanx bai
my printer is doing something similar, i got to yank it out of the end of the printer too due to it getting stuck. I got a fair guess at what my problem is thou, my 18 month old lad decided to attack it with a rather large and bulky battery charger so im pretty much guessing its physically damaged. If i was you i would take it apart and have a poke about and make sure none of the paper feeding mechasims are bent or off
Have a good poke around inside it. Last time I had a similar problem, turned out to be a couple of small bits of ripped paper stuck in there.
