    hi all

well its been a while since i really spent much time on here, what with studying for my degree in programming. a child and a busy job. but i feel that as the year finally is drawing to a close it would be a good opportunity to get some drawing and plans down for a complete build.

Ive been looking around the web trying to find some good reference to the tron legacy film. Most of you would have seen Bodakers light cycle mod he did for the coolermaster mod contest, while that was awsome i dont want to go down the same path as that. i want a theme to follow... but not an exact replica of a film item.

the item that ive found belongs to a company called Hardcore pc and they did a submered pc called the reactor. i dont know how well these went down but i liked the idea of the smallness of the product.
what i intend to do is scratch build a pc very similar to this but i will use lighting around the case.
There is a company in the uk called Light tape and their product has some interesting uses, it also isnt difficult to use and doesnt use a mass amount of power. have a look here its pretty cool stuff.

i do have a few hand drawings in my books but nothing official or on sketch up just yet. i'm still figuring out how to have all the i/o ports, power and dvi coming out of the side not straight from the sides.

anyway i guess i'll put some drawings up soon so stay frosty everyone
    all for now

I like the style of the case. What dimensions will it have?

its fairly large! measuring nearly 700mm high and 700mm wide... and 380mm deep... i could condense the size but i like the idea of it being as large as it is :D
