Build Advice Problem after installing windows 10

    Hi guys
    Ive installed windows 10 onto my sons i5 computer, went through all the installing process, pc restarts...windows is starting to load up the the fan on the cpu goes quieter and nothing on screen, hard drive light is flashing but nothing onscreen and cpu fan is very quiet, any ideas, thank you

    Have you tried plugging the monitor to the motherboard hdmi and use the igpu?

    Computer could be adjusting the fan depending on the temp of the CPU
