    Hi

At the moment, I have a Tecra M2 ("PTM20E-01KK3-EN"), that someone has given me, to reinstall XP. I'e got most of the drivers installed now, except the LAN drivers. I downloaded the drivers from Toshiba's website, and none of them seem to install.

    Any ideas?

Doesn't XP install Ethernet drivers? I'm pretty sure my system was working fine without the motherboard CD being used last time I re-installed. A lot of the board CD stuff was 9x only.

    ^^ Indeed.

Just try installing default drivers through Device Manager (right click on the LAN/Ethernet device, and select 'Update Drivers')?
If it still doesn't work... try pointing (/'browse') to the ones you downloaded from the Toshiba website (unless they have to be installed via a Setup.exe file of course)?

Found the problem, although it's enabled, I think the network controller is borked - I can't even get it to boot from a network, so looks like i'm using the wifi on there to transfer files.
