earlier my computer restarted by itself and then when it had rebooted Internet explorer stop working i installed firefox still nopthing strange thing is that mirc is still working as msn messenger i can use Internet explorer to connect to ftp sites but to connect to browse the internet i have to restart themachine at which point i have about 5 minutes before it cuts out again. I've run 2 differnt virus programs and neither have found anything i'm also running spyhunter at the moment so it is literally when trying to surf that it happens any one who has and ideas it would be appreciated if you post them here and i'll try and get to them. thanks Ryu
Sounds like a problem with your router. I've heard of ones that keep cutting out after five minute's use (I heard my one did that but it's fine for me). If you have a router which one do you have? Have you tried resetting it?
