Scratch Build – In Progress Project : Alu Blue [Update: 26 Feb] Detail Work

It is finaly time to start with the outside.
The whole outside will be build with aluminum angled profile of 15x15mm and beams of 25x6mm.
I will first start with the fornt

To hide the screws, i will glue countersunk m3 scruws inside the angled profiles.
Here a test




















The angles profile at the front is done





Now its time for the beams of 25x6mm

















The first 2 are done now everything inbetween.


On the sides there will be a angled profile of 20x6, that i have to make myself.












Everything will be glue to gether and painted black
