I want to be able to switch all the lights in the case off. I use 4 switches to control the lights.

Now it is still possible to watch behind the aluminium plates and see all the cables

That's why I will use this stuff at that area

It's normally used to blind windows.

What is the brand, make, and model of this power supply? How much did it cost and where can I order one?

Yes it comes with the block installed. A direst link doesn't work. But just go to

    SHOP-->Netzteile-->Wassergekuhlte

It is difficult to make such a waterblock? Any tips or guide on how to make a water block? I like that idea of water cooled PSU. I'm surprise no PSU manufacturer has one yet.

i have a question about those switches.
i'm planning on using them in my casemod ,but are they expensive ?
you can say the price in euro , i'm from belgium ;)

    and i have another question:
are there any switches you can use to open cd/dvd-drives ?
i mean that when i push the switch up the drive goes open en when i lower the switch the drive closes again ?

and one last , verry noob question: a regular 3 mm led , how much power does it needs en so , how big does the resistor (weerstand in dutch) has to be ?

    thanks in advance

Windows XP Pro x64 (64-bit version) can indeed address 4GB of RAM. :) You are right about the problem with 4 sticks and 333MH though. This is fixed in the latest revisions of the A64 processor, but requires MB manufacturers to update their BIOSes. If you swap two of the sticks with single-sided ones, you solve the problem. I.e. 2x 1GB and 2x 256MB would still run at 400MHz.

This mod looks super sweet. I'm not sure if you can call it a mod any more really, it's more of a creation. I love how it's quite subtle, I hate those over the top mods that you see so many of. Can't wait to see the lighting for this. Nice work!

All my problems with my datalimits are resolved by ACRyan, they helped me out with 100 Mb without any datalimit. I will have to change all the links from the photographs or can a moderator help me with this?

I started working on the lighting. First I need to place alle the resistors. Not finished yet, but the first 37 are fixed.

If you don't believe you can count them

And this side will be "visible", but only when the side is open.

These resistors are needed for the 37 LEDs that with be placed here

Bright not blinding, because the acrylic part wil be covered with the grill like this

This is an old picture, the acrylic follows the opening of the grill now. I need this many LEDs to light up all the 'legs' and not only the side.

    This'll be niiice :D

A few questions that probably already have been answered before, but what do you use to heat the acrylic glass to be able to bend it, and where/what do you use to bend it?

I used the oven for my project and a pair of metal plates to get the right shape, but I'd love if there were an easier way.

Also, are you doing all this work in your apartment/house, or do you have a workshop or something?

Franklin will you be bringing the PC over to the UK at anytime?

I would love to see it when it's finished.

Keep up the great work I just love to look at the beauty of it

    Really, hm,
I had trouble getting it evenly hot, but that could be due to the fact that I was trying to bend a 40cm long piece... Also had problems with the acrylic melting :duh:

you need to move the heat-gun faster, as in keep it moving never stop

doing this ive bent a full 600mm sheet easily, so it can be done :D
