    Good ideas are always welcome.

and Dean_j2001 you live in a nice city b.t.w. Visited your city last year for a soccermatch. Too bad we lost, but enjoyed my stay over there anyway.

I installed the acryl glas on the PSU, only have to shorten the bolds a bit.
Here you can see the space between the acryl glas and the PSU cover.

and from the side the PSU will be seen in the case.

The next thing I want to hide for the eye is this

I dont like the holes, they mess up the clean look I want.

It's going to be aluminium indeed. It will also hide the drives and some other stuff, like the flow meters.

I think the psu cover looks really good with the acrylic off the metal by a few mms, even if that isn't your intent - I will probably try to do this with my mod. Great job on the aluminum and acrylic work! :thumb:

The motherboard is such a place too. I have some nice plans with it in combination with the acryl glas. The theme from the HDD rack and the PSU will come back in plate above the motherboard. You should think about openings above the RAM memory, covered with acryl glas in the same way as on the PSU and HDD rack, so that airflow will still be possible.

repawn, that was my intent. Only the bolts are a bit too long in the inside of the PSU. You can see it in the photgraph. The space is needed to allow some airflow in the PSU. I will use this way of installing the acryl glas more often in my mod b.t.w.

I will start with the same look a the HDD rack, that's polished a littlebit, but not shiny. If this doesn't look the way I want I can always go to shiny and even chromed.

A quick overview the way it looks now.

Mooi hoor Franklin, gewoon die UV-plexi doorzetten op die bovenste bay met die niet stylish bevestigings 'gaten' :).
Dit gaat een mooie mod worden! :thumb: .

You could cover the Alu with a piece of plexy similar in shape to the three in the HDD rack.
