Unit: MX211; MX 212; MX204 Case: Lian Li PC60 Difficulty: Easy Other: *Added Rx LEDs to the front of the case, so when ever data from LCDC is sent to the LCD, the LED will light up, one for each LCD *Added some CCFLs to the side, Yellow and Blue, Matrix Orbital colours *Connected the front two and the back fan to the High Power GPOs on the MX 212 USB LCD, so now through LCDC the fans get turned on and off depending on the case temperature... ATHENA Some LCDC Screen Shots!!!! Large TWO line clock and a Binary clock for those hard core geeks It's a great way to mess with peoples heads, better then 24 hour clock, hehehe. More pictures HERE:

i had 4 running at once at one point Gotta love USB LCDs... the colors are really bright, very yellow and blue.... I'll take a pic monday...
It's a inverse red one, not turned on do to the add on PCI USB card, chuffin (thanks cheese) drivers..
Hey hey! Your grasp of the english language is improving I guess you'd have to use powered USB hubs for that 100+, and does the driver asign the emulated COM port an IRQ like a normal com port? Isn't there a small limit to the number there? It's irrelevant because no one is ever going to try and connect 100 LCD's to one PC, they'd have to be mad... Rob. p.s. Look what you have done to me!!!!!!!! The Virtual Com Port does not need an IRQ, so there is no problem using 100 at once. The USB LCD draw between 125 to 200mA of power each, more if youare using GPOs, so yes, a powered up is needed.. hehehehehehe... thems allot of LCDs...

id love to use those in front of my stealthed CDRW CD-Rom drives, show song and time of CD playing or title of CD-Rom in the CD-Rom drive and thewn one in front of the burner to show burn progress and the like, would work great with the new concept im working on for stealthed drives =) what i really wish i could find would be a program for my Palm Pilot that would make it act as one large Graphic LCD while i had it pluged into the cradel. that would be so nice. just imagine all the things you could do with that. with my m515 the posobilities are almost endless, the color screen would be great, use it as a secondary display if your playing a game that alows for a map, use the palm to show the map while you play the game. if i cant find one i think im guna have to get back to coding, adn GET MY CODE ON lol oh well. pipe dreams are fun but depressing when they come to an end.
Very nice - yellow & blue cathodes - who woulda thunkit? Looks neat to me. BTW, how did you get that top lcd to do that look of the clock? I haven't seen that one before. I'd love to be able to use it.
