Well here are a few shots of the truck mostly completed i got all the lights mounted and the body on the truck as well as fit the vid card so all is going as planned.
Tested the setup over the past little bit and it is running good the temps on this one are a little higher then the Hummer but not to bad.

The ATI card is amazing i have a big water cooled lianli with a 9800xt in it and the SSR with the X800XT puts it to shame Now going to have to do a upgrade on the vidcard on that one.

well here are a few pics not the best quality and i didn't get a chance to take any when i was doing all this as my camera died and had to borrow one for the day but i will get some better pics up after Fragapalooza which is where this one is going to make it's first showing.

    Here it is no flash.

The vid card mounted in the back this just fit perfect the size couldn't have come out any better

I nice shot of the inside of the cab with the power and hard drive activity light the white one is the harddrive makes for a cool effect in the cab.

I put a smoked plexyglass cover over the back of the motherboard so that the vid card would have some support.

Just a night shot of the rear.

I will have some more updates on this after fragapalooza as i should have a new cam by then and will post a few pics of it at the show.

so till then hope you enjoy

    absolutely stunning rob!

just one thing, cuz i tend to nitpick mods. You might want to try to get a vinyl printed and cutout for you with the graphics instead of using photopaper. It should come out thinner then the photopaper. Or is it just an effect of the lighting and the angle of the camera that makes the edges of the radeon beast and the chick stand out?

Yah was looking at that but due to time on this one i needed something right away and while these arn't perfect i might look at redoing them after the fragapalooza show they don't look that bad in person so should be ok

painting the radiator might not be that good of an idea as the paint wil add a layer over the copper of the fins and might put a dent in its performance.

thought about doing that but what i should have done was paint the shroud around the comp still might but at this time i am going to leave it as is till after the show as i really don't have the time.

So this is still not totally done.

yah the X800XT Rocks been playing with it a bit here and is doing twice the performance of the 9800XT i am definatly impresed was looking at a bit of a performance increase but am plesently surprised with this card.

was benching about just over 6000 with 3dmark and with this card am getting over 12000 that is a pretty good jump.

hey robster i had a great idea.........why not make it so the "filler" tube for your w/c comes right up behind the gas cap, so that it looks like you are "filling it up", well thats just my 2 cents for all it's worth

I'm not much of a fan of the SSR, but you've done a great job with this one!

Using the fuel door to fill the WC system would be awesome!

Looked at the filler there but found it was to low in the system so made it imposable to fill.

But the SSR still has a little bit to go as i am still working out the details on it.

But will have some pics from it's coming out show at Fragapalooza

Bloody hell, you could of just asked to borrow my camera  Seriously, I would of let you play with it, would of been better than a disposable. If you want later this week I could pop over before work and snap off a few shots of it ;)

Oh, and as a personal bit, you know anybody with a place up for rent? :naughty: (I need a place!!! I kiss ass for free!!!)
