Work on aluminum parts
How do you feel? Your hand still in plaster?
This time is easier, I just need to remove shavings and go to powdercoating. With the MONARCH project, I brushed the aluminum to get the look of the "brushed", it's hard work
It is the truth, but looks perfectly.

180 and 150 grit toilet paper-style rolls... I'm going to get some of these for the holiday guests.

It looks like you have to sand again, though. I'd switch to machine sanding for health's sake.
This is micro scratches, powder coating will fix this
Drilling, cutting, burning, check the power, everything is OK, now go to powder coating
All aluminum parts is powder coated, ready for assembly
