Case Mod - In Progress Project Biohazard by E.E.L. Ambiense - Completed

I like it, I like it a lot. The front bezel and display match perfectly. I'm not a huge fan of too much acrylic, a careful balance though can lead to excellent results and I think it looks great as is

Very nice, I love the design, and the cuts.
One little gripe, the power led seems to stick out a bit much from the theme... have you thought about changing it out for another color (ie green/orange?)

I appreciate the kind words! Yeah, the power LED... it's more or less 'meh' for me too. It's not my system though, so it's not much of a problem. He likes everything as it is because it seems to break up the constant pummeling of orange and green, lol.

 

Nicely done. Both the work and how you made him a potential return customer by leaving the front upgradeable.

-Too much being when you are unable to lift the system anymore.

Too much acrylic is still great, even if you can't lift it anymore. And Blooballs shows that!

 

HISTORIC BUMP

I was researching the very hard to find CF 1009 case, and stumbled upon EEL's build. It's been 7 years since I've seen this and I still love what he created This also validates the importance of hosting your own photos, so your work can be re-discovered years after....

Unfortunately, you cannot get this case anymore... If you ever see one, Grab it!

 

i still miss those DFI boards... one an spend hours tweaking RAM timings... or dozens hundreds voltages
