[OFF TOPIC:] i never said the way you have your blocks was bad i was mearly refering to the size of pump compared to your rad and how you have them in your loop, u got to think of the pressure drop that huge rad has.
after seeing the problem you had filling it at the lan i was thinking that with a bit of thought and a replumb it could be so much easier to fill and cooling performance might go up

for anyone who hasnt seen it and that hasnt got a clue what were all chatting about

    Boswells rig

Woah! My hat to you sire.

You are fitting more blocks and more rads in a much smaller case than I have, and i'm using a CM S4000 4U server case!

Very nice work. Clean up that fan wiring hanging all over the place though, it's so out-of-place with all the tubing and whatnot. Not that you see it through the window, but as modsquad would say, it's in the details!

BTW, is that the 2405fpw or 2005fpw? That thing's fecking huge! If that's the 2005fpw I'll crap myself, I'm saving for one and couldn't possibly imagine it being THAT big.

Love the Evo240 there. No interference with the PSU? And do you just lose the top drive bay or top two?

its not fully plumbed in , as the res is not fitted, but its been up for a leak test and was playing black and white 2 for 4 hours and the case was cold to the touch, the gfx were reporting back 31c and 32c after 4 hours of solid gaming :) cpu stated 29, much better over the old load temps

err the wireing in the pics is not the final pic, there not even the proper fans at the back, there were in there for a test when i first plumbed it up, ill sort out all the wireing ones i good the cooling sorted properly. (window will be lit from behind with 2 white cathodes to highlight stuff)

    its a 2405fpw aka 24"

the rad is a black ice pro dual 120mm but i manged to fit a evo 240 grill to it.
it is almost 0.5 of a mm between the rad and the psu, i might see if i can find a 140mm deep psu as the tagen is 175mm deep and i lost the top bay only and thats with fans and fittings on the underside :)

    Hello Sc4mpi,
Mod looks great, always does :) Keep up the good work, very nice and tidy. I would think you are having some issues with flow restrictions in those loops. Are the pumps labouring, or not really?

Question for you, if you don't mind....where did you source those nice 90deg connector Sata Data cables from? I need some for a new project I am buzy with, but cannot find anything local in South Africa.

If I have to, I'll import some, so if you could point me in a direction it will be appreciated.

    Thanx.

    Br,
    MrBean.

well i lot has happend since the last update the new psu arrived, that now fits in between the rad and the case. the dual bip is in, along with the rest of the stuff , did some wiresorting and braiding :) , ow and one of my seagates decided it was about time to pass on to hard disk heaven (it has been going over 2 years) so they got replaced with 2 74gig raptors <- that are silent i havnt herd anyhting high pitched from them, were as i no the 36gig ones squeel.

    Looks a lot better now,
