Hello again Iv just be able to get hold of a pc-6077 black for a good price iv been after one for a long time. as a sequal to my shuttle mod that was done months ago. so after the faliure of the cube as a good gaming comp. this is going to be another lian li as i love them so . right time to cut to the chase. the specs are the same as before with some minor alterations in the cooling department. looks like this will be pretty sweet! are those standard fan screws? almost look like hex bolts from here
Copy cat Looks great! What screws are they on the rear fans? and where vibe damps from? Oh.. why the wierd shaped hole for the wires to feed through?
they are m5 hex bolts , the wierd shape hole is cause if u look on the other side of the pic. there are 4 random holes there. so i joined them up as for that case unreal hippie that looks like a pc-60 completly diffrent layout, this has no front intakes and its all 5 1/4
hehe im not going to be butchering it ill leave that to chobbler < i made him get the same case months ago. this will be a pure clean cut case i love its lines.
Looks nice. I really like the rubber trim, it adds a lot to the look of the case. I also love the appearance of the exposed fan blades (grills are for wimps ) Those Tagan PSUs come with too many cables! They should be good behind the tray like that, on mine they are just shoved into the CD bays
Yes! , when i saw that lovely Lian Li case, i hate the idea of put a dremel on it. Anyways! subscribed!
Havent you learnt yet that lian-li up until V series relied on the same model for like a decade using slight variations. On yours sure its all 5 1/4 and no front intakes, but at heart its the same. I recon those random holes are trying to confuse people into thinking its a completely different case Still, must admit the 6077 does look better than the 60 due to 5 1/4. Also front intakes pretty useless... what detracts is those random holes! Also that HD caddy thing at base looks nasty. The lines on it ruin the effect. (by the way, if you need more blanking plates if you remove caddy.. pm..) Still, I cant justify starting a log for my work. Wiring is so neat sending it behind pc60 that I cant justify sleeving the tagan. By the way to person saying about wires, newer tagan models are much lighter on the wires I find, having replaced all those 4 pin molexes for 4x SATA. Leaves just 8 4pin molex and 2 floppy. Scampi, yours have the detachable 20/24 (remove 4 pins) ATX cable? Anyways keep us updated!
and were the wires will come through to the mobo # as for them bays ill see when the other bits come u might get a pm
If this thingy will be same quality and level of skill as all your earlier projects... What else can I do... :~subscribed.
Y'know all those wierd holes, it would be cool to have a window there to show how tidy wiring was! Red plexi or similar!
Prop's for the mods, but is there really any need to make a new thread each time you do a minor update?
