rokain! Appologies, looked that way.
rad came today along with some other bits, after 5hours of fighting with it i managed to get it fitted.
i need to find some black 120mm all i have at the moment is blue
The underside of the case with a nice evo 360 on the underside of the rad to prevent some nasty objects from puncturing it, i must say im highly impressed with the quality of these grills
the other shot, i still have a lot to do, but at least it all fits.
iv got to make a acrylic plate to go over the rad somewhen this week, i was going to use the evo 360 but ended up using it on the bottem of the case instead.
Will you dremeling the plexi to look evo-ish? Or will it be "just" a plexi cover for the fans?
WOW, Sc4mpi, this looks awesome.
The loops are perfect, and I love how you have it round the HDD's
i dunno yet i might see if i can get hold of another grill ,i need to find three 25mm deep 120mm papst fans on the cheap, but at the moment i have not found any..
that looks real sweet sc4mpi. Maybe you should mount the pump on the other side, to maintain the tuber-wirl you have from the harddrives? That would look very nice
How about some Panaflo L1A's from Dorothy Bradbury?
there 38mm deep,i need 25mm other wise it will hit the bottem gfx card, im not aware that panaflow do 25mm ones? so it looks like it will be some papst's
That's just sweeeeeet
How about some candy shots of the front/side/back - all of it
Try here sc4mpi
ahh thats the type of fan im looking for but they only have 1 instock and its 120x120x38mm Dimensions i need 120x120x25
It seems you have connected the additional power feed to your mobo, does it really have any benefits?
i have BOTH the molex and the FDD extra connections... just because i wanted to
sc4mpi it looks good, it looks nice and clean.
it provides the pci-e slots with clean power, it also helps provide the ram with a steady voltage increasing stabilty as frodo said. there are two a molex and a floppy but i have not rigged that up yet. time to get some braiding done !
Nice job with the new case. What made you keep (or install) the BI vs. the Thermochill 120.3?
Oh...you can send me your pump mounting plate from the X2 project.
Space you physicly cant fit a bix or thermochill 120.3 in this case it wont fit under the bottem graphics only the pro can .
as for the plate
give us the cost of postage and u can have it
Still looking for fans? How about this one?
Nice job dude! Good luck! i love the water cooling. LOLZ!
Sorry for the lack of updates recently but the cam had to go in for repair . i still have not found any good black fans that are not going to cost a arm and a leg & maby a kidney i did manage to fit the second pump in as it was definatly needed.
To fill and bleed the system with one pump took over 45 mins, and i had to turn the pc to get all the air out,
To fill and bleed the pc with 2 pumps it took less that 30seconds
The original loop was Res, hd 1 ,hd 2, hd 3, pump, tripple, gfx 2, gfx 1, cpu
the loop now is Res, hd 1 ,hd 2, hd 3, pump, tripple, Pump, gfx 2, gfx 1, cpu
This also eliminates the problem with the pressure drop from the rad
