I'l hope you understand it all. I started this project because I was so god damn sick of my old Logisys Dracula the "chrome" is plastic . So bad on track, I wanted to have a custom case. With my of design and ideas, so I started drawing to design to the side window. I used one religion class at school, thats one good used religion class. Here you can discuss my worklog
Update 15.10 I ended up with this design, I'm almost proud of it. because I haven't seen nobody else with the same window. Here I cuted it with my The design on the paper and the side panel are not the same because it's easyer to draw it with no limits, than to draw it one the side panel. As you can see the cut around the handle isn't perfect, it's because I hadn't the hadle in my hand when i started to draw and cut. It was when I was working on engineering workshop for a week. As you can see here the cut isnt perfect because this was my first time with a dremel, but a was pleased with the result. Is this a OK result to be my first time? I think there wil be much work to make all the marks disapear, I'm thinking al the cuts thats over the edge. Update 18.10 Here i cuted a fanhole but the holes diden't match I could make one new hole but I didn't want to, i got the idea of making a laxan platen and driling a fanhole in it from Pain193 project (on the link there you can see the fanholes he made to his project) So I stared making my own fan oles to my project of lexan, I got some free lexan, that i used. Blue Lightning Here i cuted a big hole. Update 30.10 Here i made a fan hole of lexan Here i made one more, but i wasnt straight but it's good enough for me. Here i made one new fan hole, the last one did broke Here i cuted a hole in the back for a dual fanhole Here I started making the dual fanhole. Edit: Here you can discuss my worklog
Update 25.10 Here is the dual fanhole finish And it did fit perfect I tested with some old fans CloseUp picture Edit: Here you can discuss my worklog
Update 01.11 Here I'm cuting the plexi Then it was almost finish, but I have to straight it up Here i'm cuting to make it fit with the lock on the door The back side Look, isnt that nice? Edit: Here you can discuss my worklog
Update 05.11 This was the motive i drawed in paint Here i'm marking the cuting It took very long time Here i drawed the patthern it's not 100% like it's on the paper but the fan took so much space som i had to modfy it. My tools This is my bench and my light One patthern cuted Here i fixed the edge It isnt finish no, I'm gonna fix it tomorrow Look at me after cutting the patthern Edit: Here you can discuss my worklog
Nice windows good designs. Just to give you a heads up you should probally wear a mask when cutting stuff out with a dremel. The dust isnt the best stuff to get in your lungs or for that matter anywhere inside yuor body. I use to not where a mask and ended up spending 30 minutes after cutting anything trying to clean out my nose and eyes of all the metal particles. Anyways good original designs and keep up the work. Oh and if you cant read some of this(seeing as your from norway and your english is ok but not perfect(no ones is) just use bablefish to translate it all.
Thank you. god you like the design I didnt find a mask, it was gone. I used gogles for a litle while, but the gogles was so dark that I coudnt use it . BTW I used only 10 minutes cleaning my face and eyes, but the worst was the dust in the eyes I wrote this 03:00 last night, some i'm gonna se if something i wrong there and fix it BTW I have no probleem with reading English, it's harder to write Thank you
